Startrails over Everglades National Park
As the dawn drew nearer, I decided after talking with Ivan to stay and attempt a Startrails photo from the location where we were shooting the Milky Way. They call this place West Lake and it just recently re-opened from the reconstruction from the Hurricane Irma a few years ago. The newly constructed pier/walking bridge was solidly built, The red light was from my head lamp, giving the bridge a eerie glow. Weather was beautiful and getting colder as the darkness was ending soon. It was great to shoot and not have hardly any planes flying through my images – that had to be removed.

Cloud Streaks at Night
Long exposure at night with cloud streaks while trying to catch the Milky Way. The low tide exposed the sand and the Mangrove was rustling in the wind.
