Before the Air and Sea Show began, we explored the areas of Ocean Drive to photograph from. Some places were not open and some places we were told we were not allowed, but it seemed the best place was along the beach. Miami Beach’s Historic landmarks seemed like the perfect backdrop for this type of event. Plenty to eat, drink and find some shade in the parks filled with Coconut trees.

I went to the 2017 Air & Sea Show on Miami Beach with my friends. The day started off warm and muggy. As the time grew near for the show to start around 11:30am it grew very hot on the Beach. The show was a little long between the different craft at times, but the performances did not disappoint us. We are fortunate to have such skilled men and women in our Armed forces and we are humbled by the those serving our country and had given their lives so we can enjoy our freedom.
