It was a beautiful morning to drive down to the keys, although the first place I went to was so flooded, I could not make it to the shoreline from all the water. So plan “B” kicked in. I drove down to the Caribbean Club in Key Largo to enjoy the calm mirror like reflection of the Sailboats on the bay.

The weather was perfect for flying my drone over the Haulover Inlet. The wind was calm, the seas were flat with an incoming tide bringing clear water into the inlet.

South Point Sunrise

Woke up early to get to the beach to enjoy the early morning light. As mornings go, this was a very dark horizon with a layer of thick clouds out there. Instead, I turned my attention to the condos behind me and found it interesting to see how the clouds reflected the city lights creating a bright glow to contrast the buildings.
