I arrived an hour before sunrise to a dark windy morning at Haulover Inlet, Bal Harbour. The sky was so dark with strong offshore winds.

A dark windy morning an hour before sunrise on the beach in Bal Harbour, FL I arrived an hour before sunrise only to wrestle with setting up a parking app on my cell phone. I wanted my landscape shot. It was so dark that it was not possible to focus my camera. I had to guess at my setting and took a few long exposure shots in the darkness.

The waves were on the small side, but so clean. The sky was so dark and those offshore wind were strong.
