Riverwalk Sunrise Photos

Got up early on a Saturday morning to take a walk with a few friends along Riverwalk – a path along the New River in Ft Lauderdale, FL
There was a slight wind with lots of clouds along the horizon. Not many people out and little traffic that made it easy to get around. There were many friendly people sleeping along the walkways. Took a series of photos and posted them here.

Lightning in the Clouds

Took a series of shots in the same location and stacked the lightning photos to create this beautiful image.

There was a thunderhead outside my office windows. I grabbed my camera and tested a 50mm Canon lens on a metabones adapter with my Sony A6500 camera. This is a stacked image from the good shots with bolts.

Lightning from over the Everglades

We pulled off the road to catch all the lightning exploding across the sky while we were driving through in the Everglades along the main road.

The Milky Way over the Everglades National Park!

We went to take photos from the meteor shower, but too many clouds to the north – northeast…. So there was a little clear sky to catch part of the milky way though. There were too many clouds, but managed to get something, including a few streaks from things – meteors? Could have been a lightning bug… I just do not know.
