A small collection of photos I took in my younger days, when I hung at the beach. I grew up in Miami and made many friend at Haulover Beach. Life long friendships developed from from people with a passion for the ocean and the freedom of life.
South Jetty – Haulover Inlet – Miami

Challenging skies before a sunrise, but the sunrise never came. It was darker then it was normally and the sea was very calm. The south jetty of Haulover Inlet was like a painting against a dark foreboding sky.

It was a great morning with cool winds, calm seas, a beautiful seashore, the Haulover bridge and Haulover. Looking back from the jetty to the inlet. The sun is just rising and the skies are looking like a typical Florida morning.

As I slowly walked back to the Haulover bridge from the South Jetty, I turn to see how the rising sun shown through a seagrape tree casting a warm glow on across the landscape.
