The sunrise was a strange on on this morning, with the heavy layer of clouds on the horizon, the swells offshore and the swirling waters around the limestone cropping

Hollywood Beach Photography

I took an early morning stroll along the broadwalk of Hollywood Beach and collected some wonderful images of that morning. The humidity was high creating a unique glow of the lights along the walkway. The sky was dark when I first got there and hardly anyone was about. The wind was almost still and there was a large storm cloud offshore with an occasional lightning bolt lighting the large cloud. As the sun rose, the colors became more pronounced and the night slowly turned to day.
